Structure of a Cover Letter

The final paragraph is supposed to list the documents you are applying, the employer should be thanked for the time he or she devoted for your application and it should be mentioned that will be looking forward for a feedback within a few days. The end of the letter contains the salutation which is also formal.

In the end, the cover letter should be checked for spelling and grammar mistakes. There must not be any errors, otherwise you may never proceed to the interview.

It should be precise and exact in writing as it will save a lot of time of the eventual future employer. The simple it is written, the best will be the result.
